I figured as much, that's why I was going to put the blow torch, releasing fluid and the long screwdriver in the goody bag.

It might be that I have facilities for stuff to be made check out the attached pics.

1) The long machine is a Tornos Bechler Swiss sliding head lathe with bar feeder. It can work up to 10mm and 80mm long. Totaly automatic, with milling heads and cross drilling etc. Ideal for making jets etc, bugger to program but once its set it pumps out 1000s of pieces to microns accuracy.

2) CNC vertical mills 7 off.

3) Main material we mill is Nylon available in the 10 colors of the resiter color code, black brown red orange yellow green blue purple grey white.

Let me know
what cant seem to find how to attch pics

Tuning is extra! They'll be going in the same place give or take a 0.01mm...that's why I asked you about the size

:? Use a depth gauge vernier caliper to approximate the old postion... should be good enough for starters, all five of them.

:P

Hmmm, I might have a few things for your fine machine to turn out. Look forward to meeting you Graham, you seem a good egg already.

Image gallery tip...make a small version on your desktop 500 pixel wide so it doesn't blow everybody's browser window to pot, and we end up with horizontal scrolling.

Go to image gallery section...add image top left

new window opens, give it a title and a description

click "choose" middle left and a window navigation dialogue box will pop onto your screen c/o your computer...highlight the file on your desktop via this dialogue box, and choose/select etc

then click "add" image bottom left

after a while it takes a little time to upload these days, you will see it in the image gallery...you can change the section it is seen in, but for you a moderator will pick up the pieces. :)

Now go to this image you've uploaded in the image gallery and double click it until it opens and has a .jpg file name (second time around when it is in it's own window)...this is the url link for the img tag. Cut and paste this is between a set of img tags (top line of the reply window, series of buttons)

You can even do a link from photobucket or similar too.

Hope this helps...again :P
