Looking very good, and I think much cheaper then a whole new collector box.
What did you eventually have to pay?
I'm doing mine next year when winter is gone.

Hi Bas,

We took the exhaust off in the above workshop, the guy that did it lived 15 minutes away he did it the following day and dropped it back to the shop,

Barry took photos and sent them to me then i went up the following mourning to put back together.

I gave the guy £100 he was happy.

Also doing it the way i have it done, the heaser pipes fit in the new solid pipes very snug, because if you put splits in it and clampit you,ll probley need the lower gaskets and there £64 a set and new clamps.
my header pipes have gone in with a tight fit just a little bit off paste, no gaskets or clamps.
rode it home yesterday first time i have had a quite bike for 2 years.

Rob

"auTofocUs had k1lled me" ^^

but nice work anyway ;)
If a man says he will fix it, he will !
There's no need to remind him every six months about it.
