Ouch Rob, I think he won more months than you.

If it's sunny, I'll have a go, but I've got to make a drive pulley to bolt onto the front wheel hub upright...testing the speedo sensor pulses and need to make the sensor wheel/gear rotate.

PS Brian bought some electronic components today, to make a signal booster, be a few weeks off before it's done. :)

It's not there, but it will be when I finish the engine installation...

FYI, the easiest way to fit it is, undo the lower front shock mount, disconnect the two screws that hold the front arm in place and pull it forward. Don't forget to use a jack under the gearlever horizontal chassis rail, otherwise your bike will fall over

If you haven't got a jack handy....

However, it may be possible to winch the front end of the bike right up, seat belt webbing and a hoist around the handlebars?, and try and slide it underneath. Will know in the next two weeks. 8)

Would be a nice solution... hoisting can be done...done that with the engine!!

Some of us have a strong back and a enough muscle to lift it in by hand

Got a hydraulic engine hoist too, but that's heavier than the engine to put in the van

Hi Ya Ron,

Yeah as Flash points out you have pointed to a pic on your own PC, which of course our site can't access.

You will need to post your pics with a free hosting service for images etc.
One I use a lot is www.photobucket.com which is quick and easy and free.

Once registered which takes all of 5 minutes, upload your pic to the site...you will then see the code [img] ..etc..etc under your picture ...copy that and paste into your topic. Your picture will now appear.

Welcome to the Club.
Your Humble Servant
See YA!! :) :)
