I believe he is the one who is sadly the first in this topic.

But that is the way he would like it because he was also the first one to make an European GTS meet and his ideas brought a lot of us GTS-ers together for an anual meet.

He was killed during a motortour on the 23 of april. And he is cremated. His ashes will be put on the final restingplace on the 12 of may and if the family allows it then we go with several GTS-s to guide him on the last journey in Germany.

Ralph was a well seen friend of the GTS and he always had advice an time for his friends. He loved working on them and developed some unique parts for it. It's a shame that he cannot be there during the meet in Arcen in august but he will be there in our minds and His GTS will become a special place during this meet.

Ralph, rest in peace and a final left hand as greet to you.

Your GTS friend.....Rob 'spitzmaus' Tooten.

It's difficult to comment on people who have passed on,i just want to say we at GTSOWNERS all risk what has happened to Ralph, by doing one of the things that we love in life,:- RIDING.

A prayer goes out to Ralph and please god look after him.

I'm always a bit stumped and lost for words with things like this, which all of you know is a real rarity.

I didn't know Ralph, but I know what he brought to GTS owners around the world, and I know he won't be forgotten.

My, and I'm sure all of our, thoughts are with his family and friends.

:( :(

I think Steve owner and administrator has said all that can be said for those who didn't know or know of Ralph. Let us all consider our futures and the antics of other road users and ourselves. The good and the best are always taken first. Rest in Peace Ralph :( :(

So I was at the funeral from Ralph last Friday (may 12 th) and I must say it hit me right in the face  .

Because they talked about his love for the motorcycle and the normaly save returning at home but not on april 23th.

We were with 2 GTS there, Arno and me from NL. There were several GTS-ers there and they were all moved by the final greet to a friend and collegue motorcycledriver.

So now the book is closed by reading the final page.

we have a little peek into the book during the GTS meet in Arcen but then again he would be proud of the way it goes on wath he started. Comradship from people with the same hobby where ever you come from.
See Ya...Rob
