We all overlook things. It's just whether we admit that or not!!

or maybe expert as in ... down to your knees... :)

but somehow Big Bears idea of a Safety Tips thread is treading water.

Just an idea SteveWP but does this website have capability for questions and answers, and scoring...bit like several polls, but more like multiple choice. If so we could do what if scenarios, and give the options, but only one is the advanced choice...and later have a discussion/thread about the choices, mistakes, and or experiences people have had, or where they made a choice that with hindsight could have been better.

My 2¢
I've just started riding the GTS again, and it'll be changing

:D :D Flash, I admire your enthusiasm, feel free to kick off a scenario topic under "Safety tips" ...my only concern is that it is the easy option for a lot of members....Would rather our members took a course of some description.

But then if I were to be totally honest I don't give a fook about members who can't make the effort to meet up with fellow members.

Horse and water.. and I appreciate it that you asked Steve but recieved a reply from me..but then you have placed your question in a section I moderaye.

Regards your comment of treading water...you need to explain that one more fully to the numpties like me...

Finally your idea is sound..but who is going to bring the hammer down on the correct advanced option in your scenarios..Can members reallylearn in this fashion.

I'll only answer the question, rather than join in the discussion about it's worth.

At present there's only the ability for one poll (ie question) per thread.

However, I've seen 'quiz' mods that may be just the trick. I never read the descriptions of them properly, cos I wasn't interested, but will pay attention to them next time I look.
