Non single sided front AND rear..

Got a Bimota Tesi? Or anything else with a different front suspension setup? Here's you're own little space.

No thanks, got two wheels, forgive my ignorance but would that be hard to corner like a bike, more like a trike.....

This one HAS two wheels, Dale...

Cornering is done in exactly the same way as on a 'normal' two wheeled bike.. Hang over to the side you want to go to...

To be honest, the creator hasn't ridden it over 10mph... yet

P.s. It's a bit like the SEGWAY...

That's what I meant, it has two wheels so don't think it would be good around corners.

What about breaking hard!

The most guaranteed stable thing is a gyroscopic effect, with two you are even more so, but two on the same axle? I really don't think you are gonna get a good ride at all.
Forgive my limited mechanical engineering thought's but don't see it.

Understood!!

Handling is simple.. Lean forward and the computer knows you want to accelerate. Cornering is done by leaning left or right. The wheel on the inside of the curve will lean in.. Stopping can be accomplished by leaning backwards.
That's why the creator hasn't done over 10Mph (yet.. )
The computer steering the thing still needs a bit of fine tuning...
All electric, 6o Mph max...

Uno .. twin wheeled unicycle!

Postby 24c » Tue Nov 18, 2008 6:34 pm

Not for me, I like a little bit of lateral thinking, but this is just plain dumb. Why wrap it in a pseudo motorcycle bodywork? It's a glorified Segway, with a arcade game chair wrapped around it.

Really can't see the sense in this, other than it doesn't fall over (left to right), and another thing...it'll never wheelie (not that I can really).

PS If folks are going to design new forms of people transport, I wish they'd keep of the narcotics. :P
I've just started riding the GTS again, and it'll be changing

Come on Mike... Didn't think I'd find you inside a box!
Lateral thinking it is!! For me this guy just designed what he set out to do...
An other way of transportation, environment friendly and small footprint..
The fact that it's packed in a shell by a motorcycle company and with that resembles one is of no matter!
It should, however, be capable of speeds over 60Mph..
I think it's going to be quite a challenge to ride something like that..
