The time has come to part company with the GTS!!

Well Guys The fact of the matter is we are just not using the GTS like it should be. We have just bought a place in France and it needs a Fosse septique (a septic tank  ) and one of the few things that could force me to part with the GTS is the desperate need to to go to the loo in com...

February

Ok, my vote is for the Dutch entry of Spitsmuis. Andy's bike is really nice, but it would be better if we could see it with some scenery. Who knows, it might even inspire others to visit the same place. That R1 is carrying way too much silicone.

Thank You

Hey, how about that? Thank you. I can't tell you how chuffed I am. For those who are interested, this vista is available to all at the top of the Col du Tourmalet pass in the Pyrenees. A word of caution - my bike is parked one metre from the edge and that's 2,115 metres up  Regards Kat...

FJR V GTS Food for thought and not your belly for a change.

I would like to add my two pence worth to this debate. Time has been pretty kind to the GTS. I ride mine with a taller screen fitted and superbike bars and it still offers better wind protection than the FJR. And, even with a tall screen fitted on the FJR, the wind still rolls up and over the top an...

Doctor Bob

Doctor Bob had sex with one of his patients and felt guilty all day long. No matter how much he tried to forget about it, he couldn't. The guilt and sense of betrayal was overwhelming. But every once in a while he'd hear an internal, reassuring voice in his head that said : "Bob, don't worry about i...

Spanish Lessons

Posted Thursday, October 6, 2005 @ 21:22:02 Hi Steve. The trip was really good, apart from one problem. The top of the tank bag came open on the first day and the passports and boat ticket went astray! This led to an interesting morning with the police in Salamanca shouting directly in my ear (in a ...
